Privacy policy
How the personal data of qd.uz users are processed. Edition 1 of 17.10.2026.
1. General provisions
1.1. This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other legislation.
1.2. The owner and operator of the personal data is KURBANOV ILHOMJON URMANOVICH (TIN 478876923, address: 116, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent; the "Operator").
1.3. By ticking the consent box when signing up or pressing "I accept" in the account, the User consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes and by the means described here. The date, time and edition of the document consented to are kept in the Operator's database.
2. Data processed
- account data: username, e-mail address, password hash (the password itself is not stored);
- optional data: phone number, Telegram account ID;
- payment data: amount, Paynet receipt number and screenshot (bank card data are never passed to or stored by the Operator);
- technical data: IP address, browser and device type, sessions, sign-in time;
- short link clicks: time, country and city (derived from the IP address), device, browser, source (referer). The visitor's IP address stays in a temporary buffer for up to one minute and is then kept only as a one-way hash;
- links, the watch list and subscription settings created by the User.
3. Purposes
- creating the account, two-step authentication (e-mail code) and security;
- rendering the services under the public offer, keeping the balance and payments;
- preparing and sending statistics, digests and reports;
- answering User requests and improving the service;
- complying with the law, including requests of competent authorities.
4. Storage and protection
4.1. Under Article 27¹ of the Law "On Personal Data", personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan are stored and processed on servers located in Uzbekistan.
4.2. Passwords and confirmation codes are stored only as hashes; connections are encrypted with HTTPS; database access is restricted; backups are made daily.
4.3. Retention: account data - until the account is deleted and then for the period the law requires; detailed click records - the number of months set in the settings (12 by default), aggregated statistics - while the account exists; payment documents - for the period set by accounting law; technical logs - up to 90 days.
5. Disclosure to third parties
5.1. Data are never sold. They may be passed only to the extent needed for the services: the e-mail delivery provider, the SMS gateway, Telegram (if the User linked the bot), Paynet (payment checks) and the hosting provider.
5.2. E-mail and Telegram messages may pass through servers outside Uzbekistan; only the message itself (address and text) is transferred. By accepting this policy the User consents to it.
5.3. Where the law provides, data are disclosed to competent state bodies on their justified request.
6. Cookies
The site uses only necessary cookies: session, CSRF protection, "remember me" and the language choice. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
7. User rights
Under the law the User may:
- obtain information about their data and its processing;
- correct, change (the "Settings" section of the account) or delete the data;
- withdraw the consent (the account is then deleted and the services stop);
- appeal against the Operator's actions to the competent authority or a court.
Requests are sent to info@qd.uz and answered within the period set by law, but no later than 10 business days.
8. Final provisions
8.1. When this policy changes, the new edition is published on the website and the User is asked to consent again; until then the account functions are temporarily closed.
